What we collect

When you submit any of the enquiry forms on this site, we collect: your name, email address, company or organisation (optional), role, project interest, and any context you choose to include in the message field. Submission timestamps and the page you submitted from are also recorded.

How we use it

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry — typically with a feasibility report, a calendar invitation for a briefing call, or a follow-up email. It is not used for marketing sequences, retargeting, or any form of automated outreach.

How we store it

Submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered as email to briefings@sidemenvalley.com. The principal team retains the email correspondence and any subsequent communications. We do not maintain a CRM record of enquiries that did not progress to a briefing.

Sharing

We do not share, sell, or syndicate your information to third parties. Where the enquiry leads to a JV discussion, we will introduce you directly to our legal counterparties — and only with your explicit consent.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing briefings@sidemenvalley.com. We will action the request within 14 days and confirm by reply.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies and does not run any analytics or tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
